FAQ

Frequently asked questions

The questions companies ask us before they hire — answered plainly. If yours isn’t here, ask us directly and a person will reply.

01Cost & value

Cost & value

How can Get Virtual Work help my company reduce hiring costs?

Through our extensive network of vetted professionals, we offer access to elite talent for savings of up to 70% compared to traditional hiring methods — actual savings depend on the role, geography, seniority and the engagement model you choose. Our model focuses on remote work, reducing overhead and administrative costs while ensuring you have the right skills on board.

02Quality & process

Quality & process

How do you ensure the quality of the talent provided?

Our rigorous recruitment process includes detailed skill assessments, background checks, and real-world simulations. Additionally, we continuously monitor performance through regular feedback and performance metrics, ensuring our talent not only meets but exceeds your quality standards.

What is your recruitment and management process?

We handle everything from the initial talent sourcing and screening to ongoing management. Once a candidate is selected, we manage onboarding, set up a structured workflow, and continuously monitor performance with dedicated tools and regular check-ins, so you can focus on your core business operations.

How do you support communication and integration with remote teams?

Our virtual professionals are well-versed in global collaboration tools such as Slack, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom. We ensure that all candidates are trained in best practices for remote work, and our management team facilitates smooth integration by aligning working hours, setting clear expectations, and using real-time communication channels.

What if the engagement isn’t working?

We stay in every engagement, so problems surface early. Regular check-ins, feedback loops and performance monitoring are part of the service, and when something drifts we work on it proactively — adjusting workflows, coaching, or resetting expectations with you directly. If a match still isn’t right, we work with you to rematch the role with another screened professional. You raise it once; resolving it is our job.

03Working together

Working together

What kind of engagement models do you offer?

We offer flexible engagement models tailored to your business needs. Whether you require full-time remote professionals, part-time support, or project-based assistance, our contracts are designed to be scalable and adaptable, ensuring you only pay for the services you need.

Who do we actually contract with?

Get Virtual Work is the brand; the company behind it is Zealight Innovation Labs Limited, the Nigerian legal and operating company that signs the agreement with you. One company, one contract — the talent, the management layer and any delivery work all sit under the same entity, so you’re never coordinating between vendors.

04Getting started

Getting started

How do I get started with Get Virtual Work?

Getting started is simple. Contact us via our website’s inquiry form or give us a call, and one of our recruitment specialists will reach out to discuss your requirements. We’ll then present you with a tailored proposal that outlines the service model, cost benefits, and next steps to onboard the right talent for your company.

What happens after I submit the Get Started form?

A person reads your brief — not a bot. A specialist then calls or emails you (whichever you chose) to refine the brief together: the role or project, the engagement model, timezone needs and budget context. From there we come back with a tailored recommendation — shortlisted candidates, a team design or a project scope — and nothing is committed until you say so.

How quickly can we start?

Faster than a traditional hiring cycle — because sourcing, screening and assessment run continuously on our side, we’re not starting from a blank job advert when you brief us. How quickly your engagement begins depends on the role, the seniority you need and how specific the requirements are; we’ll give you an honest picture of that on the first call rather than a number on a webpage.

Asked everything? Then let’s get specific.

The next useful step is a short, structured brief — 60 to 90 seconds, mostly clicks — and a callback from a specialist who’s read it.
